A tenant hands back the keys on the first of the month and the unit still smells like their dog. Baseboards greasy, oven caked, a hard-water ring in every toilet. The landlord needs it turned around before a new lease can be signed — and that call, the one that has to be handled first, is where our name comes from.

"First Call" is not a phone or answering service, and "Cleaning" is literal. We clean physical spaces in and around Cocoa. We are a hands-on cleaning company with a W-2 crew and our own equipment — not a directory, not a referral network, and not a reseller of other cleaners' time.
