We are a local, in-person cleaning company; we do not sell products online and we do not operate an ad network or data broker business.

• Contact details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, and the service address, submitted through our contact form, by phone, or by email when you request a quote or schedule a clean.
• Job details: the size and type of the property and the scope of cleaning requested, so we can quote and perform the work.
• Basic website data: standard server logs and, if enabled, aggregate analytics such as pages visited. We do not use this to identify you personally.

How we use it

• To respond to your request, prepare a quote, and schedule and perform the cleaning.
• To contact you about your appointment, follow up after a job, or handle a billing question.

What we do NOT do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We are not an affiliate network or lead-generation service — we do not package your inquiry and resell it to other cleaners or third parties. Your information stays with First Call Cleaning LLC and the crew performing your job.

Data retention & security

We keep customer records only as long as needed for the service and for legal/accounting purposes, then dispose of them securely. We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold.

You can ask us to update or delete your contact information at any time by emailing hello@jebulon.shop or calling (321) 522-4870. If you no longer want reminders or follow-ups, tell us and we will stop.
